What data we collect

Only what you send us: name, company, e-mail address, telephone number, destination country and airport, and the details of the order you are asking us to quote. We do not collect payment data through this website.

Why we use it

• To answer your quote request and follow up on it commercially.
• To send availability and price lists, where you have asked for them.
• To issue and manage the documents of a shipment you have ordered.
• To comply with our accounting, tax and export obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what a shipment requires: freight agencies, airlines, customs brokers and the Colombian phytosanitary authority. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

For as long as the commercial relationship lasts, and afterwards for the period required by Colombian commercial and tax law.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, to update it, or to delete it where there is no legal obligation to keep it. You may also withdraw the consent you gave us. Write to jdlflowerssas@gmail.com and we will respond within the terms set by Law 1581 of 2012.
